Creat The Pattern

The next step is to put all your Requirements in a design document,decompose the design regarding fabrics,stitching,sizing and accessories.Your swimwear tech pack could also serve as the basis for the next steps.And we will always follow your technical pack in our cooperation.

Make Fit Sample

According to the pattern created by the pattern master, we could prepare the fabric and accessories, cut and make fit samples to make your design concept become reality. Examing is also always important in our sample making.

Sample Revisions

We will modify the sample for you for free (not affect style) and adjust it to the exact swimsuit you want according to your modifying comment, and prepare for order production.

Place Your Order

After you confirm the sample, we will put into the order production according to your sample. Meanwhile, our project manager who follow your order will keep you posted on the process, and contact you for invoice details, payment, shipping details, and any questions relevant to your order.
The estimated time of delivery of your swimwear order is 35-45 days.

Quality Control

Quality control is not a separate part of swimwear production, we are constantly checking and controlling quality throughout the order to ensure that when you and your customers get the product, it is exactly what you want.
