Our Team

Technical Team

Our technical team includs two parts: sample house and pattern house. Our sample makers are all masters. They have been in the swimwear samples line over five years, they are rich to swimwear fabircs sewing, and swimwear samples making. Every body can finish one sample completely. Our pattern house can start from pattern making, size grading, pattern printing, pattern cutting, and sample making, technical supporting. Our pattern master has been in the swimsuit line over ten years, and they are engaged in the swimsuits pattern and production, focusing on the technical making and improving, also quality controlling. You can give us your design, or just one idea, our techincal team will make them from dream to truth. 

Production Department

Our production department duty is to arrange the order production from fabric material preparing, to cutting, to sewing in the workshop, also site inspection, trimming, final quality controling and packing. The dean in the workshop is engaged in the prodcution. He has been in the swimsuits prodcution line over fifteen years; He knows how to assign the jobs, how to distribute the process, how to adjust the machine, and also how to control the quality; His jobs is making the fabirc materials from pattern, parts into actual apparels. Also the speed is another factor for the production. Process, quick lead time and quality is key jobs of our production department. At our headquarter, we have 50 sewing machines. Also, at our sub-factory, we have about 100sets sewing machines. Our production capability is about 40000pcs to 50000pcs per month. 

QC Department

We have qc system, and we have three aspects of quality control system. First is at workshop; The production dean is in charge of the first quality controlling at the site, and he is always in the workshop to check everything during the bulk production. Our techinical team will do the second quality controlling; The masters will go to the workshop to check the prodcution whether it is followed tehcnical requests. And after the apparels is finished sewing, at trim stage, the qc controller will do the third time checking. This time the products are checked one by one. Our principle is each product must be inspected before shipment!

Sales Team

Our sales team is organized over ten young people. They all graduated from college, accepted good eduation, and they know English well and also with nice communication skills. They can listen to your requests and comments, and help you to make your dreams into truth. They are the good bridge between you and jonathan swim.
